Pilates Specialty Programs

Peace Of Mind Pilates offers personalised Pilates programs based on your individual needs. These are small group trainings for up to 4 students and run for a series of 3 to 6 weeks. In these programs we dive deeper into specific areas of the body and specific goals. You will receive an amazing full body Pilates workout with extra emphasis on specific areas.

Unlike our drop in sessions, these sessions are offered as a full series.  This means when you register, you’re signing up for every class.  If there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s that consistency makes the difference in any pilates practice.  That’s why we’re excited to offer you this progressive experience of specialty training. 

In the event that your schedule doesn't allow for full participation, you can pro-rate the series up to 1 week.

If space is available in one of our specialty series, we will offer Flex Sessions to our wider community, giving everyone the chance to experience this specialized program. Flex sessions are like a single drop in session and they open up on the schedule 1 week prior to the start of the series.

Please note that due to the structured nature of the series, make-up sessions are not available.

Investment:

$330 for a 6 Week Series. Early Bird registration, save $60 when you register 1 week prior to start date.

$165 for a 3 Week Series. Early bird registration, save $30 when you register 1 week prior to start date.

Pilates Foundation: A Journey to Strength, Suppleness and Grace

Embark on a transformative Pilates journey that caters to all levels, from novice to experienced practitioner. This immersive program delves into the core principles of Pilates, utilizing the Reformer and Tower equipment to challenge and refine your body,mind and spirit

What to Expect:

Precision and Control: Cultivate meticulous movement patterns to enhance strength, stability, and posture.
Flow and Breath: Experience the synergy of fluid movement and conscious breathing, promoting relaxation and focus.
Coordination and Centering: Develop body awareness and balance through targeted exercises that engage your core and peripheral muscles.

No previous Pilates experience required. If you have never done Pilates before this course will set you up with a solid Pilates foundation, basic Pilates Reformer and Tower knowledge and replace the required Pilates private sessions required to attend all other group trainings at Peace Of Mind Pilates.


R.E.S.E.T.: Realign, Energize, Strengthen, Empower, Thrive

Pilates Specialty Program for Breast Cancer Recovery

This specialized Pilates program is designed to support women in their breast cancer recovery. Utilizing the Reformer, Tower, and various props, we will focus on realigning the body, energizing the spirit, strengthening the core and upper body, and empowering you to thrive.

All levels are welcome, as modifications are provided to meet individual needs. Previous Pilates Reformer experience required.


Align and Relieve: Neck, Shoulder, and Back

Experience targeted relief and lasting improvement for your neck, shoulders, and back with this specialized Pilates series. Utilizing the Reformer, Tower, and various props, we will focus on releasing tension, building strength, and correcting postural imbalances.

Aligned and Strong: Hip, Knee, Foot, and Balance

Experience a targeted approach to enhancing your lower body health and balance with this specialized Pilates program. Utilizing the Reformer, Tower, and various props, we will focus on strengthening, stabilizing, and mobilizing your hips, knees, and feet.

What to Expect:

Hip Health: Improve hip mobility, stability, and strength to alleviate pain and enhance performance.
Knee Support: Strengthen the muscles surrounding your knees to protect them from injury and improve joint health.
Foot Foundation: Enhance foot strength and flexibility to improve balance and posture.
Balance and Coordination: Develop a strong foundation of balance and coordination to enhance overall body awareness
